Subject: Proposed biomass plants in Oroville
I am concerned about the negative effects to our community’s health
from the proposed energy plants. There is litigation pending in
Mississippi against a British company emitting toxic particles resulting in
high rates of cancer, COPD, asthma and other related respiratory
diseases.
How much are we willing to risk for increased tax revenues?
