Re:Extension of Time Request for Final Construction Report for the Road
Stabilization Project for DeSabla Powerhouse
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated August 28, 2025,from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen
that submitted a request for an extension of time to submit a final construction report for
repairing the road to DeSabla Powerhouse,which is part of DeSabla-Centerville
Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 803.We have reviewed your proposed
extension of time and grant your request to submit the final construction report by
January 31, 2027 as the project has been delayed and construction is now planned to be
completed by November 1, 2026.

online/overview.When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety and San Francisco Regional
