Re:Recommendation 6 from the Eleventh Part 12D Safety Inspection Report
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated August 21, 2024, from Mr. Robert Ellis, that
submitted an extension of time to address recommendation 6 (R-6) regarding redirecting
access road culvert discharge from the left wall of the spillway. This recommendation is
from the eleventh Part 12D Safety Inspection Report for Bucks Lake Dam, which is part
of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your
proposed extension of time and grant your request to address R-6 by December 31, 2026
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
