This is in response to a letter dated May 31, 2024 from Mr. David Ritzman that
submitted the summaries and conclusions to address Recommendations R-1.0, 1.4 and 7
from the 2021 Owner’s Dam Safety Program (ODSP)Audit for the projects listed in
Enclosure 1. We have reviewed the submittal, and we have no comments. We have
provided the contact information for our engineers assigned to your individual projects in
Enclosure 2, for your reference.
We appreciate your continued efforts in this aspect of our dam safety program. If
you have questions, contact our engineer assigned to the specific project.
