Blackett: The purpose of this letter is to provide the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) with Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) schedule of planned outages in 2026 which will require dewatering of tunnels, conduits, or penstocks. The routine maintenance outages will follow prior executed procedures that have previously been coordinated with your office. Please note that this list is subject to change based on weather, staffing schedules, water conditions, and other factors that may be beyond PG&E's control. If changes occur, which impact the planned outages, your staff will be kept informed. (Enclosure 1) lists the 2026 planned outages.
