The plans you recently submitted have been reviewed and approved by the Fire
Department, referencing the Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291, Butte County
Improvement Standards, and the 2022 edition of the California Building Standards
Code. Please contact us when the project is complete, and you are ready for the Fire
Department Final. We will be confirming the following items along with the proposed
building during final inspection.
1. Address posted on residence. per FSR §§1274.01-1274.04
2. Disposal of Flammable Vegetation, Job Site Waste, and Fuels caused by site
development and construction.
3. Vegetative clearance around all buildings will be completed per CFC 4907 and
BCC 38A-5.
The Fire Marshal's Office is open 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. To discuss these plan check
