Based on his background and experience, I believe he is exceptionally well suited for this position. Mr. Graydon brings extensive professional expertise in water resources, including groundwater management, remediation projects, and wastewater treatment, gained through many years of technical consulting. In addition, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service through his role as a Domestic Well User Representative on the Vina GSA Stakeholder Advisory Committee. His previous service on the boards of the California Onsite Wastewater Association and the California Association of Sanitation Agencies further reflects his depth of relevant experience. Equally important, Mr. Graydon is dedicated to fostering collaboration and trust among diverse stakeholder groups and improving communication where gaps exist. He maintains strong connections with domestic groundwater users and is widely regarded as a credible and reliable representative of their interests. Jim Graydon would bring valuable perspective, fairness, and data-driven judgment to the Vina GSA Board of Directors. Thank you, Blake Ellis & Michael Nalin Residents of Chico, CA and domestic well owners
