To all members of the board of supervisors,
I am writing you because of my concerns that the board has not approved a member of the Vina GSA board who
will represent domestic water users. In my investigations I have learned that the current Vina GSA board has
adequate representation for agriculture interests but lacks at least one qualified member who will represent non-
agriculture water interests. I am strongly suggesting that you nominate and place on the board Mr. Jim Graydon. If
this does not happen I will direct my efforts to unseat any member who does not vote accordingly.
