Subject: Support for Jim Graydon’s appointment to the Vina GSA Board on December 16, 2025
Board of Supervisors,
I STRONGLY SUPPORT JIM GRAYDON for the Non-Agricultural Domestic Well
User Board of Director position on the Vina GSA Board.
I am a domestic well user in the Vina Subbasin. Jim will be a great representative for
my concerns about water management.
Jim’s 40-year career working in water resource management clearly qualifies him for
the Board of Director position. He understands the highly-complicated technical
issues involved in water management. Simply put, Jim is well versed in the “language
of water.”
Jim knows how to build trust between various water stakeholder groups. This skill will
be a significant asset for tackling the complicated water management issues the Vina
GSA Board faces.
Please appoint Jim Graydon to the Vina GSA Board at your Tuesday, December 16
meeting.
