Blackett: This letter provides a brief construction report for the Grizzly Tap Removal and Reconnection Project at Bucks Creek Powerhouse, part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. This report details the successful completion of the project, including installation of a new 230/115kV auto transformer, transmission upgrades, and safety enhancements. On April 29, 2021, FERC’s San Francisco Regional Office authorized Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to proceed with construction. (Enclosure 1) contains the brief construction report. Please note that the updated Exhibit F-5, reflecting the revised plans and section for Bucks Creek Powerhouse, is being filed separately with the Commission. This revision reflects the shortening of the Grizzly Tap and reconfiguration of certain ancillary and non-project features.
