Re:2025 Dam Safety Inspection Follow-up
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated September 4, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a plan and schedule to address follow-up items no. 1 through no. 4 from the
2025 annual dam safety inspection of Philbrook Main Dam and Round Valley Dam,
which are parts of DeSabla-Centerville Project, FERC No. 803. The plan and schedule to
address the 2025 inspection follow-up items by the multiple dates outlined in your letter
is acceptable.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the material
