Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to
address Recommendation 6 (R-6) from the 11th Part 12D safety inspection report (dated
October 2020) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Comment 1 (C-1)
from their January 20, 2023 letter for Bucks Storage Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks
Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. FERC
provided its comment in a letter dated January 20, 2023. PG&E submitted its original plan
and schedule for addressing R-6 and C-1 in a letter to your office dated May 2, 2023.
PG&E believes R-6 and C-1 have been satisfactorily addressed based on the information
enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary. Should you have technical
