Docket: 20251014-2004, Revised Exhibits G-1 and G-6 GIS Data
Dear Secretary Reese:
In the October 14, 2025 Order Approving Revised Exhibits A And G, And Revising Federal
Land Acreage and Annual Charges Pursuant to Article 201 (Order), the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved Exhibit A, Exhibit G-1 and G-6 that were filed for
Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s (PG&E) Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No.
2107. The Order required PG&E to file the final stamped Exhibit G drawings, submit Form
FERC-587 with FERC and with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and submit GIS data
in an electric file format within 45 days of the issuance of the Order. In accordance with the
Order, PG&E filed the final approved digital Exhibits and related GIS data with FERC on
November 25, 2025. In an e-mail dated December 17, 2025, Division of Hydropower
Administration and Compliance (DHAC) staff notified PG&E that DHAC did not receive the
required GIS shapefiles specified by the Order during PG&E’s November 25, 2025, filing
(Enclosure 1).
This letter is provided to notify FERC that PG&E is re-filing the GIS shapefiles specified by
the Order directly to the FERC e-Library. If you have any questions, please contact PG&E’s
License Coordinator, Anna Urias, at 530-201-9161.
