Re:Follow-up Items from the 2023 Annual Dam Safety Inspection
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated October 11, 2023, from Mr. Robert Ellis, that
submitted a response to address follow-up items 1 and 2 from the 2023 Annual Dam
Safety Inspection at Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric
Project, FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your submittal, and we have no further
comments.
We appreciate your continued efforts in this aspect of our dam safety program. If
