Project Information for Woodleaf Powerhouse Rockfall Protection and Slope Stabilization Project
Dear Mr. Blackett,
This letter is to transmit information pertaining to the South Feather Water and Power Agency’s plans to
complete the installation of rockfall protection adjacent to the Woodleaf Powerhouse during the planned
dewatering for annual maintenance. The CEII/CUI attachments for your review are listed as follows:

a. Associated Technical Memorandum
b. Associated Calculations
2. Project Schedule (marked Draft subject to influence of PG&E line outage)
3. Site Specific Safety Plan
4. A scaled Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP) commensurate with the scope of work to be performed.
