Re:Extension of Time Request to Address Recommendation 1a (R-1a)with Spillway
Rehabilitation Project from the 11th Part 12D Safety Inspection Report
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated December 3, 2025,from Mr.Robert Ellis,that
submitted a request for an extension of time to address recommendation 1a (R-1a) with
Spillway Rehabilitation Project from the 11th Part 12D report for Lower Bucks Dam,
which is part of Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619.We have reviewed your proposed
extension of time and grant your request to address R-1a with the spillway rehabilitation
project by February 28, 2027.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
