12th Part 12D Inspection – Plans and Schedules for Recommendations

Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) plans and schedules to
address recommendations from the 12th Part 12D safety inspection report (comprehensive
assessment [CA]) (dated October 31, 2025) for Grizzly Forebay Dam, which is part of
PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
(FERC) No. 619. PG&E prepared the plans and schedules in accordance with Title 18 of
the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Section 12.41. PG&E submitted the CA report to
FERC in a letter dated October 31, 2025.
PG&E’s proposed plans and schedules to address the recommendations are enclosed
with this letter for FERC review (Enclosure 1). In accordance with Title 18 of the CFR,
Section 12.41(a)(2), PG&E plans to provide its first annual status report on the CA report
recommendations by December 31, 2026.
