Enclosed is Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) notarized certificate for the 2025 spillway
gate operations for the following dam:

The certificate (Enclosure 1) is being submitted pursuant to Part 12, Subpart E, Section 12.44(b),
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) regulations. In accordance with Chapter
14, Appendix L, of the FERC guidelines, the amperage readings and apparent trends are
discussed in (Enclosure 2) and phase current and voltage plots are provided in (Enclosure 3) of
this letter. A PG&E work management gate form is provided in (Enclosure 4).
