RESULTANT LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF MERGED PARCEL
Carrdi, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company
All that certain real property situate in the Unincorporated Area, County of Butte, State
of California, merged together into one parcel, described as follows:
Lot 16 and Lot 17, inclusive, according to that certain map entitled, “Map of Hatch and
Rock Orchard Tract, Subdivision No. 2”, as filed in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, on June 9, 1908, in Book 6 of Maps, Page 64.
CONTAINING 35.30 acres, more or less.
The property described above is all of Butte County Assessor’s Parcel Numbers
025-150-003 and 025-150-004.
DEED NOTE:
The purpose of the above description is to merge the above described land as
described in deed to Carrdi, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, recorded on
December 7, 2023 under Butte County Recorder’s Serial Number 2023-0032030.
