I have sent Senator Rand Paul the attached VAERS data. There are two other bills on
table in the House. See attached. One by Thomas Massie to REPEAL the Prep Act (HR
4388) and another by Paul Gosar (who is also a dentist) to end the liability protection (HR
4668).
WHY DON'T YOU SEND A LETTER TO DOUG LAMALFA'S OFFICE IN SUPPORT OF THESE
BILL? WHY WON'T YOU?

liability protections for vaccine makers.
The bill was introduced on February 11, 2026 and the amendment to the Public Health
Service Act was proposed. The bill text has not yet been released so the precise changes
