Re:Tree Removal
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated January 16, 2026,from Mr. Robert Ellis
submitting a response to our comments on a hazard tree removal plan for Bucks Lake
Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. We have
reviewed the submittal, and have the following comment:
We note that you have revised your tree removal plan and will complete the tree
removal project prior to December 31, 2026, noting the date restrictions of
working between September 1 and February 15th. Your revised plan is acceptable
and we have no further comments.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
material was eFiled. For assistance with eFiling, contact FERC Online Support at
