Re: Monthly Construction Report for Spillway Rehabilitation Project at Lower Bucks
Lake Dam
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated January 15, 2026 from Mr. Joseph Landucci
that submitted a response to our comment on the November monthly construction report
for the Spillway Rehabilitation Project at Lower Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the
Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619.We have reviewed the submittal, and we have no
further comments. Provide photos and discussion of completed repairs in your upcoming
monthly construction report(s).
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
