Extension of Time Request for Final Construction Report
Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension of
time to file a final construction report (FCR) for Phases 1.1 and 1.2 of the Orofino 1102
electric undergrounding project, which is within the boundary of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville
Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803. In a letter dated March 13, 2025, FERC authorized
PG&E to proceed with the project and requested that PG&E file the FCR for the project within
90 days of completion of construction of the facilities authorized by this letter, or no later than
March 19, 2026. The construction project was completed on October 24, 2025.
PG&E is seeking additional time to adequately prepare the FCR and the as-built drawings
requested by FERC in its letter dated March 13, 2025. PG&E respectfully requests an
extension of time to submit the report to FERC by May 30, 2026.
