Weir Modification Project – Final Construction Report
Extension of Time Request
Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension of
time to provide the final construction report for weir modification project at Philbrook Dam,
which is part of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 803. Included with PG&E’s extension of time request is
a reasoned basis for the request, per Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section
12.40(d). In a letter dated November 4, 2025, FERC authorized PG&E to proceed with the
project and requested that PG&E file a final construction report for the project within 90 days
of construction completion. The construction project was completed on November 24, 2025.
PG&E is preparing a brief construction report but needs additional time to complete the as-
built drawings. PG&E requests an extension until May 11, 2026, to submit the report to
FERC.
