Dear Ms. Ponce,
On January 22, 2026, the Butte County Zoning Administrator approved your Administrative
Permit application (ADM-26-0001) for a Minor Home Occupation (Cottage Food Operation)
at 2249 Stump Drive, Oroville, CA (APN: 035-310-023).
Enclosed with this notice is a copy of the approved Administrative Permit, including the
conditions of approval.
Please note that the permit must be exercised within two (2) years of the approval date.
Failure to do so will result in the permit expiring and becoming void. If the use is initiated
within the two-year period but later discontinued for one (1) year or more, the permit will
also be deemed expired and void.
