Received a call from Mike inquiring about the 7 parcels. Parcels are zoned AG-40 and are in the Critical
Winter Deer Herd Area Overlay.
He asked about:
1. Putting the parcel in a conservation easement. Explained to him that the County does not do
conservations easement but does have the Williamson Act. For the possible use - grazing, only 073-150-
042 and 073-150-049 are large enough to enter into the Williamson Act. I suggested contacting
Northern Regional Land Trust about working with them. The site includes oak woodland habitat.
2. Getting power to the parcel. In order for power to be brought to the parcel, associated with a permit,
proof of proper creation of the parcel(s) is required.
