Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) updated plan and
schedule to address Action Item 2 (I-2) from the 2025 annual Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) dam safety inspection of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619. I-2 is regarding Grizzly Forebay Dam. FERC completed the follow-up
inspection of the project facilities with PG&E staff on August 29, 2025, as part of the 2025
Part 12D safety inspection. FERC provided I-2 to PG&E in a letter dated September 10,
2025. PG&E provided its plan and schedule to address I-2 in a letter to FERC dated
October 20, 2025.
PG&E's plan and schedule to address the action item is enclosed with this letter
(Enclosure 1).
