Submittal of As‑Built Site Plan Drawings – Grizzly Forebay Recreation Area
Dear Secretary Reese and Supervisor Schweitzer:
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is submitting as‑built site plan drawings for the Grizzly
Forebay Recreation Area, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) 401
Water Quality Certification (WQC) Condition 21 and U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest
Service’s (Forest Service) section 4(e) Condition No. 55 require the licensees implement the Bucks
Creek Recreation Management Plan (RMP).
This submittal fulfills the Recreation Management Plan requirement to update Attachment B
(as‑built site plan drawings) following construction. The attached drawings update the R‑12
conceptual drawings to reflect the completed Grizzly Forebay Recreation Area improvements.
Electronic copies are included with this filing, and hard copies will be provided to the U.S. Forest
Service upon request.
The U.S. Forest Service approved the project for construction on June 30, 2023, and FERC’s San
Francisco Regional Office authorized the project on October 11, 2024. The enclosed R‑12 as‑built
site plan drawings correspond to the work described in PG&E’s Brief Construction Report for the
Grizzly Forebay Recreation Improvements, which was filed with FERC on February 13, 2026.
