Re:Response to FERC Comments 1 through 8
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated June 16, 2025 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a response to our comments on the 2021 Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
Reprint for Three Lakes Dam, Bucks Lake Dam, Lower Bucks Lake Dam, and Grizzly
Forebay Dam, which are parts of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619.Your plan
and schedule to address comments 1 through 8 (C-1 through C-8)by June 30, 2026,is
acceptable.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
