I’m confused why you want to create a 15 foot space between trees. That will only allow sun
light to create more undergrowth. During the summer the temperature on the Upper Ridge
gets extremely hot and with no shade boom you have just created a fire.
Was the Upper Ridge community involved in any discussions about this project? I feel this
project will create more of a fire hazard and maintenance issues.
Let’s reconsider what would be best for the Upper Ridge community and spend our federal
dollars wisely.
