Re:Twelfth Independent Consultant’s Safety Inspection Report for Miner’s Ranch
Dam
Dear Mr. Moseley:
This is in response to a letter dated November 28, 2022,from Ms. Kristen
McKillop that submitted the Twelfth Independent Consultant’s Safety Inspection Report
(Part 12D report) for Miner’s Ranch Dam, which is part of the South Feather
Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2088. Our review of the document concludes that the
scope and content of the report satisfies the requirements of Part 12, Subpart D, §12.37 of
Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations.The Part 12D Report was found to be
prepared in general accordance with the Engineering Guidelines Chapter 14 outline
provided in our reminder letter dated August 19, 2021.We have no comments.
We appreciate your cooperation in this aspect of our dam safety program. If you
