Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) responses to address the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comments (C-1 through C-3) on a tree
removal plan for Bucks Storage Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric
Project, FERC No. 619. PG&E received FERC’s initial comments on the plan in a letter dated
March 13, 2024, and provided a formal response to FERC in a letter dated July 16, 2025.
FERC issued its most recent set of comments in a letter dated December 5, 2025.
PG&E's responses to C-1 through C-3 are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
PG&E believes C-1 through C-3 have been satisfactorily addressed based on the information
enclosed with this letter. Should you have technical questions concerning this matter, please
