Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) response to address the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comment on the monthly construction
reports for the spillway project at Bucks Diversion Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks
Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. PG&E submitted the Monthly Construction
Report to FERC on December 4, 2025. FERC provided its comments in a letter dated
December 30, 2025.
PG&E's response to FERC’s comment is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
PG&E believes Comment 1 has been satisfactorily addressed based on the information
enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary. Should you have technical
questions concerning this matter, please contact Jeff Jukkola, senior consultant project
