Responses to FERC Comments

Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) responses to address
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comments on the periodic
inspection plan (dated December 11, 2025) for the third Part 12D safety inspection of
Round Valley Dam, which is part of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 803. PG&E received FERC’s comments in a letter dated January 22, 2026.
PG&E's responses to FERC’s comments are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). A
revised periodic inspection plan that addresses FERC’s comments is included in
(Enclosure 2).
PG&E believes FERC’s comments have been satisfactorily addressed based on the
information enclosed with this letter. Should you have technical questions concerning
