I was not at the Butte County Board of Supervisor meeting this week. I'm sure you were
happy not to have to hear from me in person.
I was giving public comment with Ronald F Owens Jr to Santa Clara County. My 3rd to
them. This is where my Mom lived. I hold them responsible for her vaccine death.
Here's our verbal comments. They are true tyrants only allowing ONE MINUTE for
members of the public. Truly disturbing given their size - the largest in Northern
California. Of course they are getting 15-20 speakers each meeting.

Not only did they only give only one minute, they didn't get to public comment for over an
hour as they honored two dead citizens and had two proclamations and a 15 minute
invocation.
President Lee also took 5 minutes himself personally to berate ICE and honor the two
killed in Minnesota as if they were HEROES instead of disruptors who crossed the line
with law enforcement.
So, thank you for giving us 3 minutes and trying to keep proclamations to a minimum.
Ronald sent his follow up email with additional comments and Dr Peter McCullough
kindly replied with RESEARCH and data, links to resources, that prove the COVID shot is
dangerous and must be stopped.

Note of Concern to Colleagues
As of December 5, 2025, the CDC has recorded 19,549 American deaths reported to them in VAERS
by healthcare professionals or pharmaceutical companies who believe the death is vaccine-related.
Approximately 1151 deaths have occurred on the same day, and 1276 on the day following
vaccination. From FDA testimony, VAERS deaths should be multiplied by an under-reporting factor
of 30 to get a nationwide estimate of 586,470 vaccine casualties. The largest autopsy study
published to date indicates 73.9% of deaths after vaccination are a direct cause or significantly
contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination. There are >4000 peer reviewed manuscripts in the medical
literature concerning fatal and nonfatal COVID-19 vaccine injuries including those recognized by
regulatory agencies around the world such as myocarditis, neurologic injury, thrombosis, and
immunologic syndromes. The World Council for Health, June 11, 2022, has produced a
pharmacovigilance report which is factual, scientifically grounded, and consensus driven calling for
global market withdrawal of COVID-19 vaccines based on lack of safety. Dr. Peter McCullough, a
widely regarded expert on COVID-19 and vaccine safety, on December 7, 2022, in the US Senate, and
on September 13, 2023, in the European Parliament, has called for with assent of an expert panels,
removal of all COVID-19 vaccines from the US and EU markets for excess risk of death. On March 21,
2023 the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons issued a factual, scientifically grounded,
and consensus driven statement calling for all COVID-19 vaccines to be removed from the market
based on lack of safety and efficacy. The National Citizens Inquiry, a Canadian citizen-led and citizen-
funded organization chartered to investigate governments’ COVID-19 policies, on September 14,
2023, called for market removal of all COVID-19 vaccines. On January 12, 2024, Dr. McCullough
again called for removal of all COVID-19 booster products from the market in a US House of
Representatives Panel on COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries. In July, 2024, Mead et al published two
extensively referenced, peer-reviewed manuscripts concluding the COVID-19 vaccines are not safe
for human use and should be removed from public use. In 2025, Hulscher et al, reported >81,000
physicians, scientists, researchers, and concerned citizens, 240 elected government officials, 17
professional public health and physician organizations, 2 State Republican Parties, 17 Republican
Party County Committees, and 6 scientific studies from across the world have called for the market
withdrawal of COVID-19 vaccines. No large-scale, conclusive, randomized, double-blind, placebo-
controlled trials have demonstrated reduction in infection transmission, hospitalization, or death as
primary endpoints. Thus, the COVID-19 vaccines are not proven to be effective in reducing
important clinical outcomes. A position supporting COVID-19 vaccination goes against good medical
practice and cannot be backed by ethical and prudent physicians.

Supervisors (BOS) meeting on November 5, 2024, I’ve ridden my Can Am Spyder
motorcycle to 50 other California BOS meetings. I urged them to direct their County Health
Officers to stop the COVID-19 shots. I see that Santa Clara County is still promoting,
administering, and distributing COVID-19 vaccines, according to a recent Facebook post.
I want to update you all what I’ve learned from some of your colleagues after riding from
county to county the past 18 months and urging your colleagues to stop the COVID-19
shots.
Because of the one-minute time limit I wasn’t able to share any of these 14 ITEMs last
Tuesday (1/27/26) morning —hence why I am emailing this information to you.
ITEM 1: By January 2, 2026, there were 97,316 COVID-19 vaccine California cases. From
that number, 759 Californians died from COVID-19 vaccines. These data are conservative
estimates.
ITEM 2: Riverside County Sheriff deputies are having strokes and heart attacks in their 20s
since the administration of the COVID-19 vaccines, according to Riverside County Sheriff
Chad Bianco.
ITEM 3: Shasta County Supervisor Kevin Crye said he has talked to people who have been
injured by COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM 4: Amador County Supervisor Brian Oneto said he talked to OBGYN nurses who
told him they're seeing young ladies having menstrual disruptions from COVID-19
vaccines.
ITEM 5: Lassen County Board of Supervisor Mike Scanlan said there were some that took
the COVID-19 vaccine with no effect, and sadly there were some who were affected to
varying degrees, including some who died as well.
ITEM 6: Kings County employee shared with tears in her eyes that her mother died shortly
after receiving her COVID-19 vaccine.
ITEM 7: A Fresno County nurse (Michelle Spencer) is suing her hospital employer because
they hid a 400 percent increase of fetal demise since the administration of COVID-19
vaccines.
ITEM 8: A second Fresno County nurse who “tracked me down” after she saw me speak on
a Facebook post before Fresno County Board of Supervisors on August 19, 2025, said she
has also witnessed a rapid increase of fetal demise at her hospital.
ITEM 9: An Alpine County law enforcement officer and a county resident both told me they
haven’t felt the same since they were injected with the COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM 10: Another Alpine County employee said COVID-19 vaccine caused Bell’s Palsy
and during our conversation, she removed her hat, and I saw damage done to her right eye
and right side of her face.
ITEM 11: Del Norte County Supervisor Dean Wilson appreciated my comments so much he
left the dais during the meeting, came outside the Board Chambers, shook my hand while I
was talking to Del Norte County Sheriff Garrett Scott in the hallway, and thanked me for
confirming his suspicions about COVID-19 vaccine risks.
ITEM 12: In Sacramento County, Texas internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist Dr. Peter
McCullough--the most peer-reviewed physician on the planet--told an Elk Grove audience
on November 6, 2025, that former NFL star/now Colorado Buffalos football head coach
Deion Sanders has been injured by COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM 13: In California, 33,613,401 people or 85% of the state has received at least one
dose, according to USAFacts, a not-for-profit resource rooted in publicly available data.

ITEM 14: Every suicide and homicide is suspect. An eight-page paper titled “Association
Between COVID-19 Vaccination and Neuropsychiatric Conditions” concludes: “there are
unprecedented safety signals indicating an association between COVID-19 vaccination and
the development of neuropsychiatric disorders. The effects of these biological products on
maternal and fetal health are of great concern [40,41]. Our findings are worrisome for
the future population risk for a variety of neuropsychiatric disorders including those
affecting cognition and suicidal/homicidal behaviors. Additionally, population
intelligence should be thoroughly assessed among vaccinated and unvaccinated groups. In
the meantime, the COVID-19 vaccines should be immediately withdrawn from the market.”

Even after presenting all these ITEMs, whether you think COVID-19 vaccines are still “safe
and effective,” is irrelevant. You have a moral, ethical, and legal responsibility to inform
Santa Clara County residents that COVID-19 vaccines are injuring and killing people.
It is imperative that COVID-19 vaccine risks need to be put on a future agenda. We have
subject matter experts, such as Dr. McCullough and obstetrician-gynecologist and maternal
fetal medicine specialist Dr. James Thorp, who are willing to testify that COVID-19
vaccines have injured and killed many. You have a moral, ethical, and legal obligation to
provide informed consent, in accordance with state law (Health & Safety Code 101025),
federal law (45 CFR 46.116) and The 1947 Nuremberg Code.

Since informing you “[COVID-19] vaccines are killing people…” this past July and since
appearing before your Board on November 5, 2024, one woman and one man died here in
California. Four had their lives threatened, four are permanently disabled and there’s one
birth defect. Eleven people were hospitalized, 51 were taken to an emergency room and 85
required an office visit to a doctor.
