California State Water Resources Control Board Notice of Intervention
Pursuant to Rule 214 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 C.F.R. § 385.214, the California State Water
Resources Control Board files this notice of intervention in this proceeding.
As described in California Water Code § 13160, the California State Water
Resources Control Board is the state water pollution control agency for all
water quality certifications, and intervenes in the proceeding as of right
under 18 C.F.R. § 385.214 (a)(2).
On February 6, 2026, Pacific Gas and Electric Company filed an application
for temporary variance of flow requirements for the Desabla-Centerville
Hydroelectric Project, FERC Docket No. 803-129.
