Re:2025 Emergency Action Plan Update
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated October 23, 2025 from Ms. Jacqueline
Longshore that submitted the Emergency Action Plan (EAP)Update for Three Lakes
Dam, Bucks Lake Dam, Lower Bucks Lake Dam, and Grizzly Forebay Dam, which are
parts of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619.We have reviewed the submittal, and
have no comments.
