Re:Action Item 2 from the 2025 follow-up Part 12D Field Inspections
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated February 27, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a plan and schedule to address follow-up Action Item 2 regarding evaluation of
the low-level outlet condition,which resulted from the 2025 follow-up Part 12D field
inspection for Grizzly Forebay Dam, part of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No.619.
We have reviewed your submittal, and the plan and schedule to address Action Item 2 by
October 31, 2029 is acceptable.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
