Re:Initial Review of the Twelfth Part 12D Inspection Report –Grizzly Forebay Dam
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to your letter dated October 31, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis
who submitted the Twelfth Part 12D Report for a Comprehensive Assessment of Grizzly
Forebay Dam, which is part of Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. On
December 11, 2025,a Comprehensive Assessment Report (CAR) review meeting was
held to discuss our initial review of the CAR. Based on our initial review, we find that
the CAR is generally acceptable. However, we have the following comment:
You must eFile the following document in order for us to complete our review of
the CAR:
o RTI International (RTI). 2024. Grizzly Forebay Probabilistic Flood Hazards
Analysis. October 2024.
Within 45 days from the date of this letter, address the comment above or provide
a plan and schedule to address the comment. File your submittal using our eFiling
system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview.When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam
Safety and San Francisco Regional Office from the eFiling menu.The cover page of the
filing must indicate that the material was eFiled.For assistance with eFiling, contact
