Re: Authorization Request for Stump Removal and Liner Repair on Hendricks Canal
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 23, 2024, from Mr. Matthew Joseph, that
submitted a response to our conditional construction authorization comment for the
stump removal and liner repair on Hendricks Canal at station number 427+55, which is a
part of DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 803. We have
reviewed the submittal, and we have no comments. You can proceed the construction per
our letter dated April 18, 2024.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety and San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
