Re: External Audit of Owners Dam Safety Program
Dear Mr. Moseley:
This is in response to your letter dated November 3, 2023 that submitted an
external audit report of the Owner’s Dam Safety Program (ODSP) for the South Feather
Water and Power Agency, Licensee for the South Feather Power Pr oject, FERC No.
2088. We have reviewed the submittal, and we have the followin g comment:
x As acknowledged in your cover letter, provide a plan and schedu le to address the
eighteen recommendations listed in the report, which should inc lude submittal of
an updated version of the ODSP.
Within 30 days from the date of this letter, please submit a re sponse to our
comment. File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regiona l
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
