To date, none of our network has any damage from the Thompson Fire and any service disruptions to customers have been a result of power outages. Our emergency comms teas continue to keep customers up to date via email and text about service alerts, how to stay connected and best safety practices. Additionally, I had reached out to the evacuation centers to offer WiFi connectivity, but it appears that there are no needs currently. They have my information in the event anything changes. Last, we have reached out to Red Cross to inquire if there are any supplemental needs we can assist with. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to assist the county or if new needs should arise. Take care and stay safe.
