Re: Milk Ranch Conduit Management Project
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated December 4, 2023 from Mr . Kyle Ingvoldsen
that submitted the Milk Ranch Conduit Diversion Management Proj ect, which is part of
the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. We have r eviewed the submittal
and have the following comment:
x Provide an updated schedule for completion of the proposed work .
Provided that you address the above comment within 10 days of t he date of this
letter, you are authorized to proceed with construction upon re ceipt of this letter. Failure
to adequately address our comment within 10 days will require a suspension of all work
until the comments are addressed.
You are responsible for ensuring completion of any necessary en vironmental
coordination with resource agencies as well as the procurement of any federal, state, or
local permits required for the work.
