7. GSP IMPLEMENTATION FEE PROJECT
a. Receive update and discuss and provide direction on various components of the fee project.
8. GGA GROUNDWATER RECHARGE SERVICES
a. *Review and consider approval to amend the landowner agreements with Rick Martin and City of
Orland for pilot project implementation extending the agreements until October 31, 2024 for an amount
not to exceed $4,000 each during the extended period pending comments from counsel.
9. WELL MITIGATION PROGRAM
a. Discuss approach to develop a Well Mitigation Program.
