The Resource Line is designed to provide recovery information and resources for those whose homes have been damaged or destroyed. The dedicated Resource Line number, 530-552-6262, will be operational and available beginning tomorrow, July 6, 2024, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to offer guidance and support. By calling the hotline, residents can receive information on a variety of critical topics, including: x Housing Assistance: Resources for finding temporary and long-term housing solutions. x Financial Aid: Information on available financial support and how to apply. x Basic Necessities: Access to food, clothing, and other essential items. x Emotional Support: Contact details for counseling and mental health services. x Rebuilding and Recovery: Guidance on the steps to take for obtaining important documents, rebuilding homes, and navigating insurance claims. “Our community is no stranger to these large incidents, and we want to ensure that everyone affected has access to the resources they need to recover and rebuild,” says Shelby Boston, Butte County Department of Employment and Social Services Director. “The hotline is a vital tool to provide immediate assistance and connect residents with the right services.” Fire Survivor Resource Line: 530-552-6262 Available 7 days/week | 8:00 - 5:00 pm Beginning July 6, 2024 ###
