Re: Grizzly Tap Removal and Reconnection Project – Final Construction Report
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 2, 2024 from Mr. Ma tthew Joseph
regarding an extension of time request for the Grizzly Tap Removal and Reconnection
Project at Grizzly Forebay Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant your
request to submit the final construction report by November 30, 2024.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San F rancisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
