Board Members,
We had a fire start in Palermo this afternoon. The Sheriff has issued a number of evacuation orders.
We have opened the EOC and have stood up an evacuation center at the Oro Naz. At this point it
does not look like we’ll need to turn it into a shelter, since the fire getting under control. We could
have folks returning home shortly. We are ready to turn the evac center into a shelter quickly if we
need it.
This will be my first and only update, unless things go bad. No further news is good news.
