Safety Inspection Report
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated May 24, 2024 from Mr. Ro bert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to address recommendation 3 from the 11th
Part 12D report for Lower Bucks Dam, which is part of Bucks Cre ek Project, FERC No.
619. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and gran t your request to
complete the erodibility and scour assessment for various flood levels by July 15, 2024.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Region al
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing mus t indicate that the
