So if Nuremberg established a universal law that prevents medical intervention worker informed consent why do scientists keep getting government and private funding to break the law? Why are the people involved in this not being viewed as being taking an affirmative step forward in a conspiracy to violate that law in the nations that have codified it? Why are the funders not part of a potential RICO violation?
