Below please find my latest email to Deputy Sheriff Batz. I have asked him to
include this letter with my criminal charges. I have also attached Retired
Information Officer, California Department of Public Health, Mr. Ronald F.
Owens Jr.’s letter to Butte County Board of Supervisors.
It is time to truthfully inform the public. “California Health & Safety Code
101025 states, The board of supervisors of each county shall take measures as
may be necessary to preserve and protect the public health.”
"In accordance with H&SC 101025, direct Butte County Health Officer to stop
promoting, administering, and distributing COVID-19 ‘vaccine’ to preserve and
protect the public health.”

Deputy Sheriff Batz:
Enclosed please find Butte County’s Warning. Please include with
my criminal charges. I hope you (and this office) have the same
integrity as former Information Officer, California Department of
Public Health, Mr. Ronald F. Owens Jr.
“California Health & Safety Code (H&SC) 101025 states, “The board
of supervisors of each county shall take measures as may be
necessary to preserve and protect the public health.”
“Therefore given the fact that COVID-19 vaccines pose a serious risk
to the public, according to Secretary Becerra’s statement, VAERS
data, federal health officials knowledge that COVID-19 vaccines are
linked to myocarditis, several studies, plus a plethora of anecdotal
reports of people dying suddenly (note African-American filmmaker
Jennifer Sharp’s “ANECDOTALS” documentary, [source 16]); I
strongly urge the Board of Supervisors to warn residents, and
pursuant to and in accordance with H&SC 101025, direct Butte
County Health Officer to stop promoting, administering and
distributing COVID-19 vaccine “to preserve and protect the public
health.”
I have been attending Butte County Board of Supervisors’ meetings
for four years with this exact request. It’s time this is corrected
IMMEDIATELY!
